When one of them decided to build a factory in Poland, I led the greenfield factory project: supervising construction, managing a 50 people team and setting up the administrative structure. Personal protective equipment (harnesses, lanyards) can fail because of human error. <strong>Collective protection equipment (CPE), such as roof guardrails or safety nets, provides the first and most effective line of defence.
