Fall arrest slings EN ISO 795 are fixed inside a reinforced concrete structure. The device has a loop that is fasten on the reinforcing bars before pouring concrete. On the other side, the fall arrest straps have a steel clamp to fasten the operator’s personal protective equipment (PPE). Once the fall hazard is over, only need to cut the webbing sling and remove the device. Fall arrest slings are designed to secure only one person at once.
Fall arrest straps are also useful in situations as: people working on roofs, bridges or viaducts.

Legal basis – European standard EN ISO 795
Fall arrest slings have been tested and positively certified in accordance with the European standard EN ISO 795:1996 as class A1 – Personal fall protection equipment – Anchor devices – Requirements and tests. These kind of devices are called “structural anchor points” as they are permanently fixed to a supporting structure. The fall arrest straps can be used in combination with a retractable fall arrester in accordance with EN ISO 360.
